David Bush is a car photographer based out of San Francisco. His obsession with cars dates back to his early childhood when he was gifted his very own 1:18 scale "goat truck" which he would push back-and-forth for hours, raising concerns by his parents about his mental state.
As social propriety dictated, David learned to keep his fascination in check, and led a relatively "normal life" through early adulthood. Unfortunately, things took a turn when David started his graduate studies in photography at the Academy of Art University.
With a thesis project on commercial car photography, his instructors realized there was nothing they could do.
Three years later, MFA in hand, David is back to his habit of staring at cars for hours on end, pen tooling and clone stamping into the early hours of the morning, raising concerns by his wife and dogs about his mental state.
